...As a PerformerChris has been a part of many groups, ranging from traditional 5-piece jazz combos, and full symphony orchestras, to bands doing Salsa, R&B, Funk, and so forth. He is aware of the intricacies necessary to craft a dynamic performance in many genres of music. Whether it's reading the notes off the page verbatim, improvising solos, or adding a little needed flare to the collective stage presence, he makes available his experience and effort to make the show not only go on, but be remembered.
Past performances have included orchestra halls, churches large and small, major popular music venues such as House of Blues and Hard Rock Live, intimate jazz clubs, and music festival stages. Chris has performed widely where he lives, in Orlando, Florida, and throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe.
Chris is a member of the American Federation of Musicians, AFM-389, and stays abreast of current matters in the musical world through the International Trumpet Guild, United Federation of Trumpet Players, and worldwide music conferences.
